Training

This section provides information about training and training providers for those financial advisers who feel they may need further training before undertaking assessment.

Training to unit standards can be provided by any NZQA-registered and accredited training provider, in the workplace via in-house courses and workplace practice, or by dealer groups and professional industry bodies.

Training provided by organisations, dealer groups and professional industry bodies does not need to be accredited with NZQA. However, assessment against unit standards can only be conducted by an NZQA-registered and accredited training provider or through ETITO's centrally-administered assessment system.
