I have registered – what should I do next?

Once you’ve completed the The Skills Organisation online registration a message advising you of your successful registration will appear and you’ll be sent a confirmation email. To validate and complete your registration you should click on the link in the email.

I have validated and logged-in. What should I do now?

Once you’ve validated your registration and logged-in, click on the Book Assessment link and you can proceed to book and pay for your assessments. This is also where you can find all the information about the exams and times.

I am unable to find my email after registration – what do I do now?

Check your junk mail, sometimes the email can end up there. If it’s not there call the helpdesk 04 931 0007 and they will provide you with your details to login.

I have forgotten my password. I cannot log in.

If you’ve forgotten your password simply go back to the login section and click on the ‘forgot your password’ and follow the instructions.

What is the The Skills Organisation identification number and when must I use this?

The number is important. You will be required to provide the Companies Office with your The Skills Organisation indentification number when applying for authorisation.

This number should will also be required in all your future correspondence for examinations and assessment with The Skills Organisation allowing assessment results to be provided to the Financial Markets Authority.

I do not know my NZQA number?

If you do not know your NZQA number, then please register leaving it blank. If your name has never been changed, we can retrieve your NZQA number from NZQA website for you.

How should I pay when I book?

The online booking system accepts credit cards – Mastercard and Visa, or you can pay using a Prezzy card or a Visa Debit card.
